Fruit company Prize seeks to become the first Chilean firm to trade on Nasdaq

The firm, based in the sixth region of Chile and with operations in Peru, seeks to be a relevant player in the global consolidation of the agricultural business, so it wants to secure good access to financing. The deal will allow it to raise around US$65 million in fresh capital. The firm founded in 2006 by Alejandro García-Huidobro has annual sales of US$ 120 million and was valued at US$ 425 million.
